Food Drive update....

Looks like the 8th graders and Sophomores are in the lead on the food drive. Juniors and seniors are you going to let yourself be out done?? Lets get some food in those boxes to help out our local food bank. Look through your kitchen pantry this weekend!!

Block the Door Food Drive is Underway

The High School Food drive is a little different this year.

Classes (6th grade- 12th grade) will compete against year other. Please motivate your classes to come out and support the community by filling their boxes (located in the hallway between the office and the lunchroom for HS and in the middle school hall of 6th-8th grade). The class with the most food by weight will win a class party!

This is a great opportunity for students to get involved for the greater good and come together to support their community.

Class Advisors the challenge is on to see who can motivate their group to success.

Great Job to our FFA Chapter

Congratulations to Lindsey Montgomery for her 3rd place finish in the Creed Speaking CDE, Great job to the Greenhand Team (Sara Wellborn, Destiny Schoolcraft, Grace Decker and Cheyenne Gay) for the 3rd place finish in the Greenhand CDE. Indian Pride is going strong!!!

The showcase has been filled and pride tickets can be redeemed each Thursday. Students will be rewarded for going above and beyond. Prizes will be added to, changed out and we are always open to suggestions.
Great examples of showing Indian Pride is breaking up an argument, bringing an innovative ideas to a staff members attention or doing a great deed without being asked.

Be Proud to Be an Indian!

Indian Pride

Students have been earning "Indian Pride" points since the beginning of September.  Points are given in 5 point tickets.  1 ticket or 5 points is about the equivaliant of $1.00.  We are looking for prize ideas.  Right now, students are only able to cash in their points for snacks and suckers.  Do you have any idea what teenagers may want?
